AIS

User manual

AIS keeps a record of every machine in the factory: when it arrived, its tag, who has it, its repairs, and when it goes.

What AIS is

AIS has two parts:

Every machine has one AIS tag. It is a QR code that AIS prints. You scan it with the phone to find the machine.

A machine's life in AIS:

  1. An order is raised on the website.

  2. The delivery arrives. A receiver takes it in on the phone. AIS makes one machine for each unit.

  3. Each machine gets its AIS tag, and its serial number is scanned.

  4. The machine is handed over to a person or a line. They scan it to receive it.

  5. Faults are reported and repaired.

  6. At the end it is scrapped.
